Suggestions

1. Train your delivery drivers to work to improve the look of any free distribution rack they come across. 

2. Move trash from the area to a nearby garbage can or equipe them with a trash bag to collect trash that is left in "our" area.

3. Send with Towels, Glass Cleaner, and Cleaner to clean the box at least once a month.  

4. Buy a Ryobi style, inexpensive leaf blower to easily clean the area. 30-seconds would take the leaf catching racks and make them look more professional. See the picture below.
